We offer refunds on unused products within 7 days of delivery. If you have any issues, please email us to talk about how we can help or to get a refund started. If you try a product and aren't happy with the results, please email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll do what we can to help you get results you love or trade out a product that is a better fit for what you need.
